When we thought about doing a team building task for the office, we only had one thought really. You always hear about how high-rope is good for this sort of thing, and it really was.
We run a sales team and wanted to do an activity that would improve teamwork and increase confidence. High-ropes did exactly that for us and it got the quiet ones in the office communicating with people they wouldn't have done before – we're hoping this then translates to the office! We liked to see people take risks too, something that needs to be done in the world of sales.
Site was very helpful and the trainers were more than helpful, will definitely do this again in the future.
